Esso Target Tesco Customers

Rapport has worked in conjunction with Esso and UM London to create a highly targeted four week campaign, that launched on Monday, in close proximity to Tesco stores. Utilising our expert suite of tools including Route which is the OOH industry flagship audience research piece, our proprietary planning tool Alloy, and mapping intelligence, we made sure that we caught the target audience: shoppers who drive; by picking sites within a maximum of 500m of Tesco, and 3km of Esso garages. This work is a brilliant example of taking a hyper-local approach to a national campaign. The creative pushes the message that Tesco customers can get Clubcard points by topping up their tank with Esso fuel, and runs alongside other national activity on TV, radio, Spotify, Digital and paid search.
