The marketing team from Ocean came to see us last week and played us this video – a quick and simple reminder of the process for those thinking of entering the competition on behalf of the brands that they represent. Ocean are encouraging as many people as possible to enter of course, looking to client, media and creative agency types to take the plunge and put their best creative ideas forward. It’s a testament to the competition and the ideas that it generates, that some previous years’ entries have gone on to win prestigious Cannes Lions Awards.
The shortlisted entries will be put up on their very own website: www.playwithourpixels.com and will then be judged by a panel of media industry heavyweights, including Rapport’s very own MD, Chris Marjoram. The competition entry deadline is the 29th August, and the results will be announced on October 9th in a ceremony held at the IMAX.
