Cadbury’s Joy Generator – Facebook and OOH working hand in hand

In Australia, Cadbury has taken the next step towards predicting their customers purchasing habits by using the content of their Facebook pages to tell which of the Cadbury chocolate flavours willing consumers would enjoy most. Cadbury fans were invited to play with the Joy Generator, an interactive vending machine which, after the person logged in via Facebook, would vend the chocolate bar that most suits them based on the activity on their Facebook page. This fun campaign is an example of Outdoor, experiential and social media working together, to create the ultimate integrated campaign delivering a personalised marketing experience for Cadbury’s customers down under.
