This month, Ocean Group continued strengthening its position as the leading provider of premium large format in the UK, by announcing the acquisition of MediaCo Outdoor.
As Manchester’s leader in out-of-home digital and backlight premium large formats, the acquisition of MediaCo sees Ocean’s national footprint grow further across the UK’s top 3 cities for total spend on advertising.
The move comes eight months after the group acquired Signature Outdoor of Birmingham, and seeks to continue the digital out-of-home expert’s dual strategy of developing iconic digital and premium formats.
