Assassin’s Creed Movie Release Promoted Through OOH Street Art Stunt

Rapport collaborated with Global Street Art and MKTG to celebrate the release of Justin Kurzel’s movie adaptation of the popular video game franchise, Assassin’s Creed.

The eye-catching stunt saw a building side transformed into a stunning feat of street art, showcasing the movie’s main character, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender), standing at the summit of the branded wall.

The movie’s wider campaign also featured a TV ad that saw Channel 4 partner up with 20th Century Fox to broadcast a live 100-foot freefall dive performed by stuntman, David Grant. The idea behind the stunt was to recreate the iconic Leap of Faith – an in-game, acrobatic plunge performed by vertically leaping from structures at dizzying heights.

The January 1st release was also promoted across a number of other formats, including National buses, Large Format Roadside and both Waterloo & Euston Motion.

Assassin’s Creed is now in theatres across the UK.
