Digital Out-of-Home at its Reactive Best

The Stone Roses teased their return this week with lemon posters appearing across Manchester. And Aldi were quick to jump on the buzz this created with their own Digital Out-of-Home lemon inspired artwork!

Since appearing on Aldi’s Twitter page, it has achieved over 1,000 RT’s.

“At Aldi, we strive to make our customers smile – whether that’s by providing them with quality products at everyday low prices, or through our tongue-in-cheek marketing executions. As for the Stone Roses announcement, we all wait in anticipation and excitement,” said Jonathan Neale, joint managing director of corporate buying at Aldi.

Creative was done by McCann Manchester with OOH media handled by Rapport and UM Manchester.
