Pride’s Latest Out-of-Home Campaign Fills London with Vibrant Love Stories

“Love happens here” is the latest Out-of-Home (OOH) component of this year’s Pride in London campaign. Messages from members across the LGBT community were collected through an interactive map in which users could submit their story and then pin it to the location in which it happened.

WCRS has created more than 30 posters featuring real people’s stories of finding love and acceptance in the capital, as a follow up to the campaign’s the first stage, which was aimed at drawing attention to the ongoing rise in anti-LGBT hate crime in the capital.

The heart-shaped poster designs, the work of a number of different artists and illustrators who donated their time for free, will appear on sites donated by Jack Agency, Outdoor Plus, Clear Channel, 8 Outdoor, Kong Outdoor, Primesight, Media Circus, Ocean Outdoor, Outdoor Plus, Urban Vision, ECNLive, STORM, Verifone and Exterion Media.

The OOH campaign runs alongside a series of TV ads being shown on Channel 4.
